Michels Power, Inc. is seeking an Associate Construction Project Manager – Transmission Line to support planning and implementing project management activities for long-term onsite assignments across New Hampshire and Pennsylvania.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, ability to work independently and within teams, and a focus on safety while coordinating with field crews, engineers, and subcontractors.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• 0–3 years of related experience preferred (transmission line, utility, or heavy civil construction).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with job cost tracking or estimating software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist Project Manager in managing projects under direct supervision.
• Support development and tracking of project performance metrics, budgets, and cost controls.
• Assist with cost tracking, labor tracking, scheduling, and reporting.
• Coordinate with field crews, foremen, subcontractors, engineers, and utility representatives.
• Assist with subcontractor management and contract compliance.
• Maintain project documentation including cost reporting, billing, scheduling, and budgeting records.
