DV Trading is seeking a Junior Trading Operations Analyst who thrives on uncovering gaps, chasing down answers, and building robust data pipelines that tie everything together. The role requires collaboration with traders and developers across the firm's global offices.

A recent graduate with a strong analytical mindset is encouraged; no prior financial industry experience is required. We seek a candidate who can manage day-to-day operations, learn trading and settlement processes, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 0–2 years in analytical or operational role within banking or trading.
Strong problem-solving abilities and clear thinking.
Advanced Excel and SQL skills are required; Python and Bloomberg are a plus.
Excellent communication and ability to handle multiple discussions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Act as the desk's Trading Operations Analyst and support day-to-day operations.
Build knowledge of trading, clearing, and settlement across asset classes.
Enter OTC trades into trade capture systems.
Own reconciliation, pricing, settlements, PnL calculations and reporting.
Design alerts and checks to preserve data integrity and flag issues in real time.
Collaborate with developers to shape databases, trader tools, and position management GUIs.
Create processes to onboard new traders, strategies, and products.
Position management and strategy assignment.
