The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of asbestos or toxic tort litigation experience and possess a Juris Doctor degree from a top law school. This role involves taking and defending expert and witness depositions, drafting litigation documents, developing client relationships, and preparing for trial.

Duties:

  1. Take and defend expert and witness depositions
  2. Draft original motions and other litigation-related documents on complex matters
  3. Draft discovery requests and responses to be exchanged with various parties
  4. Develop client relationships through oral and written communication
  5. Prepare for trial including motions in limine, exhibit lists, and witness lists

Requirements:

  1. Juris Doctor degree from a top law school
