Job summary

Venable LLP is seeking a highly qualified professional with a Ph.D. in Chemistry to support sophisticated intellectual property and patent litigation in life sciences technologies.

The role involves analyzing patents, literature, and prior art to guide litigation strategy. You will work with clients, scientific experts, and technical consultants on complex life sciences matters and assist in developing litigation strategy, case preparation, and drafting filings for matters in U.S.
