• The position involves creating, drafting, and implementing sophisticated wealth transfer plans for high-net-worth individuals, and collaborating and assisting with all aspects of complex estate and trust administration matters.
• Candidates should ideally have prior professional experience in estate planning or a related transactional field such as corporate or real estate, with an LLM being a plus.
• Holland & Hart expects associate attorneys to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, alongside 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), and at least 25 hours dedicated to Community-building, Diversity & Inclusion Investment hours.
