I’m working with a highly regarded New York law firm seeking a junior Trusts & Estates Associate to join its sophisticated private client practice. Compensation: $200,000–$220,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The firm offers a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week in office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with at least one year of Trusts & Estates experience who wants to deepen their experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.

The associate will gain meaningful exposure to a broad range of matters, including:

• Sophisticated estate planning and wealth transfer strategies
• Estate and trust administration
• Drafting estate planning and related documents
• Federal estate and gift tax matters

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of relevant Trusts & Estates experience
• New York Bar admission required
• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning strongly preferred
• Experience with estate planning, estate administration, and drafting
• Knowledge of estate and gift tax appropriate to experience level
