Responsibilities:
  • Support the Structured Finance practice, focusing on derivatives and structured finance transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate documentation under the ISDA Master Agreement, including the Schedule, Credit Support Annex, and Confirmations.
  • Advise clients on over-the-counter derivatives and regulatory protocols such as Dodd-Frank and ISDA protocols.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on complex structured finance matters.
Requirements:
  • Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where applying.
  • Three to five years of experience in derivatives and structured finance.
  • Familiarity with ISDA Master Agreement, Schedule, Credit Support Annex, Confirmations, and related documentation.
  • AmLaw 100 law firm experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, business judgment, and organizational skills.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.
  • Deliver high-quality, accurate work products in a timely manner.
  • Meet deadlines and perform duties in alignment with firm expectations.
  • Manage competing priorities and maintain positive client relationships.
Education:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school.
