Job summary

TRAX International is seeking a qualified engineer to plan, design, coordinate, and execute comprehensive test programs for state-of-the-art military equipment. You will develop procedures, monitor execution, and generate detailed reports across a range of systems and sensors.

The role requires leadership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex projects, with a focus on meeting tight schedules and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.
• Must earn a Test Officer Certification within 1 year of hire.
• Must have comprehensive knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Must be able to lead and manage complex test projects with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, coordinates, executes, monitors, evaluates, and generates reports for test procedures of military equipment.
• Provides leadership to subordinate employees when necessary and manages cross-disciplinary teams.
• Supports test planning, cost estimating, data analysis and reporting for projects.
• Interacts with customers and government officials in a professional, customer-focused manner.
