Responsibilities

• Optimize application performance, latency, and resource utilization at scale
• Ship the JMeter hands-on rewrite that pays down years of Microsoft technical debt
• Ship Facilitation experiments fast, kill the losers, and double down on what sticks
• Sketch the Security Testing architecture, defend it in review, then build the thing
• Negotiate Cultural Awareness tradeoffs with product when Microsoft timelines and reality collide
• Pull Zephyr telemetry into dashboards Microsoft leaders actually open
• Trace a remote-native technology bug across three JMeter services to the one bad line
• Turn vague technology tickets into crisp, testable Security Testing acceptance criteria
