Job summary
DCS Corporation in Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD seeks a junior engineer to provide testing and data analysis support to an Army PM. You will use MATLAB to analyze system performance and assist in reviewing Test Incident Reports to inform closure decisions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2 years of experience, U.S.
citizenship, and a Secret clearance. Experience testing DoD products and Python scripting will be valued, and you will help develop data analysis tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
- 2 years of engineering experience required.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Secret clearance required.
- At least 1 year of experience testing DoD products.
- Scripting with MATLAB and/or Python and data analytics tools preferred.
Responsibilities
- Use MATLAB to analyze system performance.
- Support Test Incident Reports (TIRs) review with data-driven insights.
- Contribute to design discussions for data analysis tools and improvements.
- Coordinate data collection and provide quick data views to ensure proper data harvesting.
- Identify and create Test Incident Reports as part of analysis and post-processing.
- Support local and field test events and assist with test integration efforts.
