Qualifications

• Junior college or equivalent IT experience.
• Foundational QA skills, including defect tracking and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with basic programming and C#.
• Experience adding automated tests to an existing framework using Selenium WebDriver.
• Basic API testing concepts with REST, SoapUI, or Postman.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for applications and user stories.
• Execute automated test suites and review results for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot failed tests and identify root causes with evidence.
• Prepare test data reflecting core life insurance workflows.
• Contribute to shared automation framework components for reliability.
• Document test cases, outcomes, and known issues for audits.
• Collaborate with QA, developers, and business partners on requirements.
• Continue building core C# and automation skills and product knowledge.
