JTCC is a 501(c)(3) organization with the mission “Tennis for Everybody,” a commitment to making tennis and its benefits accessible to all, regardless of age, ability, or financial situation. Graduates of JTCC’s high performance program have earned more than $25 million in college athletic scholarships, and a few alumni of extraordinary talent and motivation are playing professional tennis, including World #15, Frances Tiafoe. JTCC offers a wide range of tennis programming including free, grassroots instruction for youth in low-income communities; all levels of junior and adult instruction; and adaptive tennis clinics for wheelchair users, Special Olympians, and military veterans.

About the Role
JTCC is hiring a full-time Junior Performance Development Coach to deliver high-quality tennis instruction with a focus on the Junior Pathway program. This position will be based in Chantilly, VA March-October and in College Park, MD November-February.
