Job summary

Epic, based on our campus in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer who will diagnose and implement software solutions impacting millions of patients worldwide. You’ll work with customer counterparts across locations to address mission-critical issues and drive outcomes.

Relocation assistance is provided, and Epic supports a national recruitment approach. This role requires travel to customer sites and eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater is required.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex problems in Epic software and implement solutions.
• Coordinate across multiple locations and stakeholders to deploy fixes.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure successful implementations.
