Job summary

Agora-Data, Inc. seeks a Jr. Technical Business Analyst to join the Project Portfolio Management Office (PPMO).

You will apply systems analysis techniques to understand business processes, gather and document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications and user stories. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and product managers to validate solutions, perform UAT, and ensure alignment with user needs.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with requirements gathering, acceptance criteria, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
• Experience translating business needs into software requirements and user stories.
• Ability to document tests and results with traceability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, application functionality, and system requirements; translate to specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and test acceptance criteria; participate in UAT; document results and defects.
• Support project planning, tracking deliverables, and communicating issues and risks to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain clear documentation including use cases, data flows, and test results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and product managers to deliver solutions.
