Job summary

Sapphire Recruitment is hiring Entry-Level Integration Engineers to join the integration team at an established defense technology company in the Syracuse area. This role is onsite in Syracuse, NY, with a pay rate of $29+ per hour, based on experience.

Schedule is 4x10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday, under a long-term contract. No prior professional experience required; STEM coursework and internships are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline is a must.
• Preferred majors include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Computer Engineering; other STEM degrees considered.

Responsibilities

• Support system integration and testing activities.
• Assist with developing and testing system requirements, interfaces, and architectures.
• Work with engineering team to support project objectives and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Complete assigned technical work independently and collaboratively.
• Document results and contribute to ongoing integration and testing efforts.
