Gina’s Tech Jobs - IT Recruiting Agency is seeking a Junior Systems Engineer onsite in Herndon, VA, requiring a current TS/SCI clearance and a strong systems engineering background. The role focuses on architecture, requirements, and performance testing within a defense/intelligence context.

Responsibilities include capturing architecture, supporting enterprise architecture activities, and guiding transition from As-Is to To-Be states using MBSE and System V principles.

Qualifications

• Must have a current TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor2s degree in a technical discipline or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering and related practices.
• Experience with requirements analysis, interface control, and ConOps development.
• Familiarity with MBSE and System V concepts.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe development processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering and enterprise architecture support to customers.
• Work with customers to improve architecture and engineering workflows and processes with the identification or design of processes and tools.
• Articulate and capture architecture, system requirements, system design, and testing approaches.
• Investigate and map As-Is architectures; identify To-Be states; propose transitions.
• Develop standard processes to support architecture, engineering, development, and integration projects; apply System V concepts.
• Produce and support Enterprise Architecture Repository artifacts; assist with engineering review boards.
