Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
• 1–2 years in systems engineering or administration.
• Working knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, or RHEL).
• Cloud platform experience; GCP preferred.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain SASE/SD-WAN systems under guidance.
• Assist with integration and validation of broadband CPE in lab and production environments.
• Assist with integration and validation of B2B SASE/SD‑WAN CPE (e.g., Versa).
• Support GCP infrastructure for lab and production environments (compute, VPC, IAM, storage).
• Gain exposure to Kubernetes (GKE) and assist with health checks and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain scripts and workflows using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, or REST APIs.
• Help monitor SASE/SD‑WAN, GCP, and GKE environments and investigate issues.
