Qualifications

• Eligible candidates must have earned or be on track to earn a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field by the start date.
• Familiarity with requirements gathering, documentation, or systems analysis concepts (academic or internship experience).
• Foundational awareness of data concepts (e.g., data flows, data validation, querying).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis by participating in stakeholder discussions, capturing requirements, and clarifying ambiguities with guidance.
• Work on real projects from start to finish across the delivery lifecycle: requirements, architecture, design, testing, and implementation.
• Create and maintain user stories, specs, acceptance criteria, and process/data flow diagrams.
• Understand business context, system workflows, data flows, and dependencies across the tech stack.
• Assist with data analysis: run queries, validate data, investigate issues, and identify gaps to meeting business needs.
• Assist testing by creating test cases, executing tests, analyzing results, and logging defects.
• Explore emerging tools and AI, applying them responsibly to improve analysis and delivery.
• Contribute as part of a team delivering solutions to help customers achieve long-term financial goals.
