As a member of the Leap cohort, you’ll work on scalable applications, use AI-enabled tools, and collaborate with peers and mentors in an in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have earned or be on track to earn a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field by the start date.
• Strong fundamentals in programming and data structures.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Hands-on project or internship experience preferred.
• Able to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and show curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable applications and features using modern programming languages, traditional and newer database platforms, integration technologies (APIs, messaging), and user interfaces/front-end frameworks.
• Work on real projects from start to finish across the full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Write code, test it, and deploy it with support from your team, leveraging automated software development pipeline practices.
• Explore innovative technologies, including AI tools, and learn how to responsibly use them in your work.
• Collaborate with an engineering team focused on delivering solutions for customers’ long-term financial goals.
