Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor system and infrastructure performance to ensure availability and reliability.
• Support cloud, physical, and virtual network environments.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot virtualized platforms and services.
• Maintain system documentation and administrative records.
• Assist with system updates, patches, and configuration management activities.
• Support implementation and maintenance of security controls and system hardening measures.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
