Qualifications

• Recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, Environmental Science, Sustainable Infrastructure, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline.
• Experience with spreadsheets and large data sets.
• Ability to translate dense, technical metrics into clear, actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Carbon Accounting & Reporting: Assist in compiling and verifying Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventories using enterprise sustainability software.
• Built Environment Strategy: Coordinate with engineering and architecture teams to analyze building-scale data, helping developments hit targeted certifications like LEED, WELL, or local energy compliance codes.
• Data Analytics & Modeling: Build and maintain data models tracking client resource usage, focusing on water stewardship, waste diversion, and energy efficiency.
• ESG Materiality: Perform market research and peer benchmarking to help corporate clients identify and prioritize their long‑term Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) risks.
