The position supports the office by processing data and producing final deliverables, assisting both office and field staff under supervision.

This entry-level role emphasizes learning survey operations, CAD drafting in AutoCAD Civil 3D, and QA of field outputs while adhering to safety and professional standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Prior surveying or construction experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn survey operations.
• Strong math and CAD familiarity.
• Ability to read engineering plans.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process survey data with Trimble Business Center and CAD standards.
• Monitor field crew production and provide QA support.
• Research maps, land records, and title reports.
• Prepare cadastral maps and plats from field data using CAD.
• Perform initial QC of field deliverables.
• Coordinate with supervisor to meet client requirements.
• Assist as field technician to complete survey work.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and coworkers.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
