Pennoni is hiring a Survey Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Princeton, NJ. You will support the land surveying team by processing data and producing final deliverables, assisting both office and field staff under the Senior Survey Project Manager.

Responsibilities include data processing with Trimble and AutoCAD Civil 3D, QA checks, and collaboration with supervisors to meet client requirements. Entry-level with strong math and office workflow skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Entry-level role supporting land surveying teams.
• Strong math and analytic skills; willingness to learn survey practices.

Responsibilities

• Process survey data using CAD tools and standards; ensure accuracy and compliance under supervision.
• Monitor field crew production and provide QA support.
• Research historical maps, land records, and title reports.
• Prepare cadastral maps and plats from field/office data using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Perform initial quality control of field deliverables.
