Haypp Group in Arlington, VA is hiring a Junior Support Engineer to join the Group IT team. You will help colleagues with technical issues, set up equipment, support onboarding, and maintain our IT environment in a hands-on, fast-paced setting.
This full-time hybrid role requires 1–3 years IT support, knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, networking basics, and experience with Jira Service Management. You’ll work with colleagues across the business and grow your cloud workspace skills.

As a Junior Support Engineer in the Group IT team, you’ll play an important role in supporting colleagues across the organization and ensuring a smooth day-to-day technology experience. You’ll work closely with teams throughout the business, helping users resolve technical issues, setting up equipment, supporting onboarding, and maintaining our IT environment.
This is a hands-on role with a high degree of variety. One day you might be troubleshooting Outlook issues, replacing hardware, or configuring new devices, and the next you could be supporting larger IT initiatives alongside our senior Cloud Workspace Engineers. If you enjoy problem-solving, helping people, and developing your technical skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Arlington, Virginia, with in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday.

The salary range for this role is $ 55,000–$ 65,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on role scope, relevant skills and experience, location, internal equity, and business needs.
