Qualifications

• Cosmetology license (or in progress) required or pursuing.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with a Trainer to support guest services and learn advanced techniques.
• Deliver a welcoming, professional, and personalized experience for every guest.
• Build confidence in consultations, retail recommendations, and rebooking.
• Participate in hands-on education, coaching, and team development.
• Support salon operations, including front desk and team-based responsibilities.
• Track toward clear performance goals that prepare you to step behind the chair.
