Job summary

A-1 Industries of Florida, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support a team of structural engineers servicing the Southeastern U.S. The successful candidate will perform structural analysis and design, develop drawing files, and coordinate with architects, MEP, and field personnel.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering and EIT status, plus proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit. Day shift, full-time, in Fort Pierce, FL, with 40–50 hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in structural/residential engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering.
• EIT examination in process or passed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient with AutoCAD.
• Prior experience using Revit software.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for buildings and structures.
• Develop drawing files and perform modeling and calculations.
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and field personnel; respond to RFIs.
• On-site investigations to gather photos/dimensions of existing sites.
