Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs design and inspection/field work that does not require previous experience.
• Assists in the completion of inspection and assessment reports.
• Supports data collection, modeling, and load rating analyses to assess structural performance and safety compliance.
• Prepares design computations and quantity estimates.
• Keeps project managers informed of workload and scope changes.
• Uses engineering software to prepare calculations and drawings and participates in technical societies.
• May attend meetings or events outside normal hours.
• Instructs technicians on design drawings and data entry.
• Actively observes safety and professional conduct.
