Qualifications

• Masters degree in structural engineering with focus on design and analysis.
• Proficient in reading drawings and applying codes and standards.
• Experience with planning, analysis, and collaboration on projects.

Responsibilities

• Create plans, designs, and calculations per codes and specs.
• Analyze reports, drawings, and documents to plan projects.
• Use design software to prepare documents and calculations.
• Lead design coordination meetings with consultants and clients.
• Manage projects and assist with training younger engineers.
• Conduct field reviews and structural observations.
• Review shop drawings, contractor requests, and RFIs.
