The role |

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and your team. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your colleagues.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about supporting their team and maintaining high standards
  • Is ready to manage the line, plan shifts, and coach team members on the go
  • Understands food, health and safety standards, and has knowledge of financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
  • Loves celebrating success and recognizing individual drives and needs
