Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and requirements reasoning.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.

• Experience with version control and collaborative code review.
• Basic secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Clarify requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases before implementation.
• Design, implement, refactor, and maintain reliable software using solid engineering principles.
• Build backend services, integrations, APIs, and user interfaces within SCG Tech Solutions' stack.
• Create and maintain automated tests and debug systematically.
• Work with relational data, validation, and data-quality safeguards.
• Use version control and code review to ensure maintainable changes.
• Apply secure development practices for credentials and dependencies.
• Participate in CI/CD, build, test, deployment, monitoring, and production support processes.
• Use AI-assisted tools responsibly while validating results.
• Communicate decisions, blockers, risks clearly with stakeholders.
