Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field, or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of Web and Application Development experience preferred (internships count).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and APIs; Backend 1+ year preferred.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Development: Write and maintain clean, scalable code using ColdFusion, React, and frontend frameworks.
• API & Integrations: Assist in creating and configuring system integrations via APIs, webhooks, and automated data exports.
• Maintenance & Debugging: Revise, update, and refactor existing code to improve functionality and fix bugs.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor logs and system health for high availability and performance.
• Data Handling: Perform basic database tasks with MySQL.
• Automation: Monitor automation scripts and apply fixes with guidance from senior engineers.
• Documentation: Create and update technical docs and user guides.
• Technical Support: Collaborate with Customer Service to troubleshoot application issues and root causes.
• Version Control: Use Git and Jira for code changes and task tracking.
• Additional duties as assigned.
