Job summary

CSG is seeking a Junior Software Developer to contribute to design, development, and testing of software solutions within an Agile framework. You will translate business requirements into BRDs and implement high-quality software following coding standards and best practices.

You will collaborate across teams to resolve technical issues, perform thorough debugging, and participate in unit, integration, and system testing. Strong writing and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, software engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience with .NET development.
• Familiarity with Agile principles and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms.
• Ability to interpret Business Requirements Documents.
• Proficient in debugging techniques and tools.
• Experience in software development including design and implementation.
• Understanding of software product testing concepts.
• Strong technical writing skills for documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, adhering to Agile principles.
• Translate business requirements into clear Business Requirements Documents.
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using established coding standards and best practices.
• Perform thorough debugging and troubleshooting of software defects to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Execute Software Product Testing, including unit, integration, and system testing, to ensure software quality and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, resolve technical issues, and deliver successful projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals through Technical Writing.
