Job summary

Traduality Language Solutions, Inc. is seeking a junior software developer to contribute to features across the iPad app, web apps, and backend.

You will collaborate with the Engineering Lead to ship iPad releases, enhance multilingual support, and ensure security and privacy in every feature. The role requires 0–2 years of experience, strong English, and hands-on use of AI coding agents, with Go or TypeScript and frontend basics (HTML, CSS).

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional software development, or a strong portfolio of shipped projects (internships, freelance or personal work count).
• Fluent English. Spanish is a plus.
• Hands‑on use of AI coding agents, with the discipline to test and review what they produce.
• Programming experience in Go or TypeScript, and a willingness to work in Go daily.
• Frontend basics: HTML, CSS and TypeScript.
• Git and pull-request workflows.
• Several hours of daily overlap with US Eastern business hours.

Responsibilities

• Build features and bug fixes across our iPad app, our web applications and our backend, with guidance from the Engineering Lead.
• Help build and ship releases of the iPad app, including App Store submission.
• Add and improve the languages we support.
• Use agentic engineering (e.g. Claude Code) to deliver work: follow development plans and task specs, and test and read everything the agent produces.
• Help handle customer-reported issues: reproduce, fix, test and confirm the fix.
• Write tests for what you build, and clear notes on how you verified it.
• Build every feature with security and member-data privacy in mind.
