ConnectEra is seeking a Junior Social & Organic Growth Assistant to boost online visibility, credibility, and trust. You will craft posts, scripts, graphics, and proofs, using AI to move quickly and repurpose content across platforms.

You’ll write clearly in English, spot hooks and captions, and create simple videos and visuals in Canva/CapCut/Figma. This role values organization, speed, and a curiosity about websites, marketing, and business growth.

This is a content and organic-growth role. Your job is to make Connect Era more visible, credible, and trusted online. You’ll turn founder ideas, sales objections, client results, website examples, and industry trends into posts, scripts, graphics, and proof — and use AI to move fast.

What you’ll do
