DanceOne, headquartered in Los Angeles, seeks a Jr. Social Media Associate to keep our channels active, on-trend, and engaged. This early-career role publishes daily content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, and edits short-form video on-site at events.

You'll monitor community interactions, pull weekly reports, and coordinate UGC while learning from the Social Media Lead. A portfolio showing short-form videos is required; travel to events and occasional weekends are expected

Formación

• 0-2 years of social media, content, or marketing experience (internships count).
• A portfolio or sample channels demonstrating short-form video and social content.
• Willingness to travel to events and work occasional weekends during peak season.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Capture and edit short-form video on-site at events, including recaps.
• Monitor comments and DMs, engaging with the community in the DanceOne voice.
• Pull weekly performance reports and flag trends and top posts.
• Source and coordinate UGC and creator content with rights and approvals.
