Job summary

The Hermitage Club in Wilmington, VT is seeking enthusiastic Junior Instructors for our snowsports team. This entry-level role supports instructors, helps supervise youth programs, and fosters a fun, safe learning environment for children.

Paid training is provided with certification reimbursement. Ideal for those passionate about skiing and looking to pursue a future as an Instructor. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years old by December 1.
• Able to ski/snowboard at an intermediate/advanced level.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Able to work with children of all ages.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist instructors with delivering seasonal and daily ski lessons.
• Set up and break down teaching areas.
• Support check-in/check-out procedures at the snow front.
• Help children load/unload chairlifts safely.
• Supervise children during snacks, lunches, and restroom breaks.
• Support member experience with professionalism and program knowledge.
