Job summary

Lynch Consultants Llc in the National Capital Region seeks a junior SharePoint / Data Analyst to provide real-time support to a Military Department HQs organization. You will configure SharePoint applications and extract data from authoritative sources to support configuration and reporting.

Qualifications

Must have a BA/BS or 4 years of equivalent experience.
US citizen with an active Secret clearance or interim clearance in progress.

Responsibilities

Support the team in updating and maintaining multiple organizational SharePoint sites and related data repositories.
Work effectively and professionally with senior leadership, including GS-15 and SES personnel, on a daily basis.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the organizational environment, systems, processes, and data requirements.
Apply proactive critical thinking to identify program challenges, assess opportunities, and develop practical solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across organizational platforms and reporting systems.
Anticipate program needs, resolve issues proactively, and support efficient execution of organizational priorities.
