Renuity in Nashua, NH is hiring an Entry Level Sales Development Specialist to represent our home improvement solutions at local retail stores and events. You will engage customers face-to-face and schedule appointments for our design and installation experts.

Base pay starts at $18/hour with uncapped commission and bonus incentives. First-year reps can earn up to $60,000+, with top performers reaching $70,000-$90,000+ annually, plus comprehensive benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role preferred—but we welcome motivated beginners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A results-driven mindset with the drive to meet and exceed goals.
• A coachable attitude and a passion for learning.
• Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday), plus some weekday flexibility.
• Reliable transportation for travel to events within the region.
