Renuity is hiring an entry-level Sales associate in Nashua, NH to represent the brand at local retail stores and events, with paid training and a solid base pay of $18/hour plus uncapped commissions. The role offers a clear path into sales leadership and a chance to grow within a home-improvement network.

You will engage customers face-to-face, schedule appointments for design and installation experts, and receive ongoing coaching to sharpen your sales skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role preferred, but beginners welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven mindset with the drive to meet and exceed goals.
• Coachable attitude and a passion for learning.
• Weekend availability required (Sat/Sun) with some weekday flexibility.
• Reliable transportation for travel to events in the region.
