Job summary

Abile Group, Inc. is seeking a Jr. Scrum Master for a 10-year contract to support an Intelligence Community customer. The role focuses on guiding scrum teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, and maintaining reporting artifacts in Jira and Confluence.

Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, and a TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly eligibility.

Qualifications

• Clearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, and work experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Guides scrum-team through all sprints, removing impediments and championing velocity.
• Facilitates sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Tracks team metrics and communicates progress to stakeholders.
