Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a trained Scrum Master to facilitate a Scrum team, remove impediments, and ensure the Scrum process is used as intended. You will protect the development team, help the teams to be self managed, foster collaboration across teams and keep them focused on the tasks at hand.

Responsibilities include facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, updating artifacts, supporting the Product Owner, and guiding engineering practices such as ATDD, TDD, CI, and CD.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Agile-Scrum experience.
• Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments.
• Experience in guiding Product Owner and team through agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Standup, Grooming, Demo, Retrospection).
• Protect the team from external interference and ensure sprint goals are met.
• Update Scrum artifacts and metrics in ALM tools daily.
• Support engineering practices like ATDD, TDD, CI, CD, and Refactoring.
• Provide feedback to the Agile Line manager and participate in Scrum of Scrums.
