Job summary

Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) is seeking a Junior Scrum Master to support the EWOKS program, working on DIA/Intelligence Community modernization efforts. This role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph willingness and 3+ years of relevant experience.

The position emphasizes Scrum facilitation, agile coaching, and ensuring productive events within a high-security federal contracting environment. Location is in the U.S. with Virginia Alexandria-based duties.

Qualifications

As a Junior Scrum Master, youll help develop innovative technologies, modernize enterprise capabilities, and enable mission-critical intelligence operations that directly support national security. Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Bachelors degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 7 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a bachelors degree.

An approximate salary range for this position is $80,000-$150,000. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
