Social Status Solutions, a leading marketing and sales agency, seeks a Junior Sales Trainee who embodies the heart and soul of the brand. The role involves in-person client engagement, advising on products, and building meaningful relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate has a Marketing/Business/Communications degree and at least 1 year in marketing or sales, with a polished, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor and a drive to learn. Daily travel to office/events is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• 1 year+ experience in marketing, sales, brand marketing, client relations, or as a Junior Sales Trainee.

Responsibilities

• Showing an understanding of the customer's need when marketing specific products in person, offering advice, and providing recommendations
• Utilizing sales techniques and product knowledge to aid customers with purchasing decisions
• Developing a strong knowledge of the client’s objective, range of products, and distinct product attributes and availability
• Readily accepting and incorporating constructive advice given by managers on how to improve marketing and sales performance
• Conveying the importance of the history of the client to new and existing consumers
• Developing authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and formulating a luxury experience

We are looking for Junior Sales Trainee who have/are:
