You will greet visitors, demonstrate models, respond to requests, and document transactions while coordinating with loan options and construction timelines. The role emphasizes professional conduct, building rapport with buyers and realtors, and adherence to quality standards.

Qualificações

• Associate's Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve potential buyers and increase goodwill and profit.
• Develops and maintains good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.
• Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards.

D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Junior Sales Representative. The right candidate will be in training to manage the entire sales process and communicating with the customer from the first interaction through the close of escrow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prior CRM software experience
• Previous sales experience, knowledge of industry preferred
• Excel in intercommunications and interactions
• Strongly motivated
