Devine Business Group in Utah/Syracuse is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to build relationships with local businesses and represent our products with integrity. You will drive growth in a performance-based environment, under mentorship and with growth opportunities.

The role offers a full-time schedule with flexibility, a weekly base draw, uncapped commission, and performance-based bonuses. Training and development are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to obtain a Health insurance license (reimbursed available).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years professional experience (post high school).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
