Devine Business Group seeks a driven Junior Sales Representative to service local businesses with supplemental insurance products. You’ll build client relationships, represent offerings with integrity, and strive to exceed performance benchmarks in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.

The role is independent contractor, full-time with a flexible schedule, offering weekly base draw pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Competenze

• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain a Health insurance license (reimbursed available).
• A bachelor’s degree or at least four years of professional experience (post high school).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local business travel.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, iPad, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
