Job Summary: The Junior Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining existing accounts, qualifying new business opportunities, assisting with sales strategies, conducting sales calls, increasing hotel revenue by generating new business, and supporting the overall achievement of market sales goals. This position serves as a bridge between Sales Coordinator and Sales Manager roles, providing direct support to the Area Director of Sales while developing skills in prospecting, client relationship management, and revenue generation.
