Pay Range: $58,000 DOE
The Junior Sales Manager supports the hotel's revenue goals by coordinating group and corporate business opportunities, responding to sales inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with sales and marketing initiatives. This role focuses primarily on reactive sales efforts, account support, and internal coordination to ensure a seamless experience for clients and hotel operations teams.
Primarily indoor office work with occasional property tours, client meetings, and local networking events. Frequent interaction with guests, clients, vendors, and hotel team members. Flexible schedule may be required, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays to support client events and business needs.
