• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales processes
• Engage with customers to assess their needs and support the deployment of wireless networking solutions
• Troubleshoot wireless networking issues and document customer requirements and deployment plans

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or related field; or equivalent hands-on experience
• Understanding of 802.11 Wi-Fi standards, RF fundamentals, and common wireless troubleshooting methods
• Basic experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals including IP addressing, VLANs, DHCP, and DNS
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
