Training is provided and progression opportunities are defined from day one. The role emphasizes a coachable mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work independently, with licensing pursued during onboarding.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must obtain Health and Life Insurance license before starting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and teams in person.

• Follow up, generate leads, and build your own pipeline.
